Read an article on Brahmacharya, by Asa Bapu.
Found the article to be very informative and hope to at least pick a few
useful things from it.

Food :
Off late, I have been having Chicken Sweet Corn Soup from KLS . Hope not to burn my tongue, a cause de soup.
