The mystique in me, told you
Why art thou reading ?
Undeterred, you continue
With challenges galore, with ambiguity all the way,
With love of family and support of friends,
I continue the battle.
Battle within, battle without,
Leading me to despair and hope,
I continue the battle.
For the parama hamsa, once said,
Should I work to become a mere bread-winner ?
Or is there a greater purpose in life ?
Through this turbulence and uncertainty,
I'm reminded of having a wonderful family.
To escape from dreariness,
To indulge and derive pleasure transitorily,
To let the beast control the body,
To feed to bodily pleasures,
To idle and laze around,
I indulge, decide not to,
And indulge again
Take up books for refreshment,
Enjoy. Ignite a spark.
Alas, I soon, indulge,
Decide not to,
And indulge again
Bit by bit, turning an action into a habit,
Mutely watching the addict
In the darkest of times, there is hope.
Waiting for It to happen,
I miss the whole journey,
Miss the happiness.
Enroute, I age,
It doesn't matter anymore,
A new battle begins.
Waiting for It to happen,
I miss the whole journey,
Miss the happiness.
The mystique in me, told you
Why art thou contemplating ?
Undeterred, you continue

Quote
There are some people who live in a dream world, and there are some who face reality;and then there are those who turn one into the other.

Ladder & the wall
You might have the best, strongest and most well disgned ladder.
But, if it leans against a weak wall, it would fall.
Moral: Have your base, the wall, ur foundation, right :)
